This innovative program aims to address the needs of dental practitioners at enhancing their knowledge and clinical skills in Endodontics and creating a platform of general practitioners who will be able to achieve excellence in Endodontics, thus improving the dental services.
This comprehensive program comprises didactic components that consist of lectures, group discussions/case studies, microscopic clinical simulations and clinical practice with clinical evidence-based to incorporate the latest trends and technology of Endodontics into their daily dental practice; such approach will allow participants to gain experience and optimize their knowledge in addressing the more challenging cases in Endodontic procedures using magnification.
PLO1. Acquire the didactic knowledge and clinical skills of the principles of Endodontics
PLO2. Demonstrate competencies to obtain cavity access in a more conservative aproach
PLO3. Understand the different canal obturation systems
PLO4. Define and implement the most efficient system fo root canal obturation under magnification
PLO5. Understand and implement the post endodontic procedures
PLO6. Demonstrate competencies and skills in carrying out challenging endodontic clinical cases.
The lectures, case based discussions/clinical case studies, clinical simulations and clinical practice will highlight the importance of Endodontics in daily dental practice, focusing on the challenges dental practitioners face, and providing sound solutions to overcome the difficulties encountered by participants.
Clinical case studies will be shared by participants throughout the duration of the program to discuss their own clinical experience, such approach will ensure that the learning outcomes are met.
Beyond the didactic components of the program, participants will be exposed to practical sessions / hands on and clinical sessions on microscopic Endodontics
All lectures, clinical simulations and clinical sessions are assessed on a regular basis to ensure the level of didactic and clinical competencies, with emphasize on clinical case analysis.The last module of the program (module 5) will consist of written assessment as well as clinical case presentations and discussion before an international jury.
Root Canal Procedures: A Step-By-Step Guide to Root Canal Treatment and Root Canal Obturation Systems
This module will address the new trends in Endodontics with emphasize on minimally invasive Endodontics from access cavity, using the latest technology for root canal treatment to the latest generation of rotary instruments, electronic apex locators, macro-glide path, root canal irrigation, cleaning & shaping the root canals and root canal obturation.
Hands on: The workshop will consist of a demonstration on how to initiate an access cavity, defining the working length, reproducing a glide path, and cleaning and shaping canals and root canal treatment using the different root canal obturation systems.
Each participant will perform the same root canal procedures on extracted teeth and /or teeth with canals simulation using cone-fit gutta-percha into prepared root.
Management, Complications & Failure of RCT
This module will address the most challenging root canal clinical cases in Endodontics from management of RCT Teeth (Fiber post sand Endocrowns) and address and present solutions for solving complications and failure of root canal procedures.

This final module will allow the overall assessment of the participants through a final assessment and clinical case presentations before an international jury.
The second day, the results will be declared followed by the Award Ceremony will be held in the evening.

Upon successful completion of all program’s assessments and requirements, participants will be awarded the Diploma in Endodontics by the Elite Academy / The Elite Healthcare Training Institute and the American Academy of Advanced Aesthetic Dentistry.
Note: It is important to note that the Professional Diploma in Endodontics awarded is not applicable to any formal academic degree program or leading to specialized certificate but is an acknowledgement of the participant’s commitment to professional growth and development as each participant will be receiving a number of CME/CPD per module to reflect each delegate’s attendance and effective participation.
